Cathedral Park

Cathedral Park is a very special grassy park under the Saint John’s Bridge.  There are doors below the bridge that look like cathedral doors and windows, hence the name “Cathedral Park.”  The St. John’s Bridge connecting Forest Park and the St. John’s neighborhoods is one of the most beloved bridges in all of Portland, Oregon.  St. John’s Bridge debuted in 1931 and for over 90 years, has been a steeple of the Rose City.
