Bossa Luna

Surrebral‘s new background painting at the top of the home page is of Bossa Luna.  Bossa Luna is Surrebral’s new mascot character, a moon with Max’s face.  The name, “Bossa Luna,” comes from the words, “Boss” and “Lunar.”  Together, these words mean “Boss Moon.”  The new mascot glows in a starfield surrounded by multicolored clouds.  This character is largely inspired by David Bowie’s Space Oddity and Jules Verne’s From the Earth to the Moon.  However, the Supermoon of December 2017 initially drove Max to create the painting.
