The Surrebral Intro Header is the new “first” (the first image you see upon the site’s load, and nicknamed, “Marquee”) image for the Surrebral website. The site’s previous headers were the Surrebral logo in front of multi-colored circles and a multi-colored Hindu mandala. Max decided he wanted the header to have a “60’s album cover” look for the new header. He came up with a new header largely inspired by Cream’s “Disraeli Gears” album. The header was also inspired by other album covers and posters from the ’60’s. The image consists of Max’s stenciled face with his hair going off the page in the center top. The “Surrebral” logo meanwhile is at the center bottom in front of psychedelic spirals and lines. The logo and lines appear to be drawn by a pencil. At the center left is a peacock standing in front of a flag saying “Max LaZebnik’s,” to signify the artist. The center right has a red Beetle looking like it is driving on a road turning into a blob. The top left has a stenciled face of a young woman with parallel lines surrounding her hair. The top right, meanwhile, has a hand holding a hammer, appearing as it is coming out of the car’s top window in front of a swirly background.
